The vision of Dementia Voice…
is to improve the quality of life for people with dementia living in south west England, and for those who provide care whether they are paid staff, volunteers, family members, friends or neighbours. The format and philosophy of Dementia Voice was based on the very successful model already established at the University of Stirling.
Dementia Voice is the Dementia Services Development Centre DSDC for South West England, and is part of a national network of DSDCs across the UK. We work with local authorities, health services, the independent sector and higher education to improve services and care for people with dementia. Dementia Voice offers a range of services to aid service development and promote best practice.
